The Rosoff Awards celebrate employers who are champions of diversity. These are companies that recognize the need for a diverse workforce to stay competitive in our global economy. Since 1996, The Ad Club has organized this award show, and we typically see most of the leading ad agencies and marketers in the area as both attendees and nominees.
