Every day we negotiate solutions and convince people to understand our point of view. Negotiation is influence. This training will empower participants (you) to negotiate effectively with confidence while building strong relationships without conflict.
You will learn to assess your audience and prepare for a negotiation that will influence them, and gain agreement and mutual respect. The workshop is very interactive and participants will provide input prior to the workshop about the types of negotiation scenarios they deal with on a daily basis.

Denise Rosenblum is the President and Founder of Dynamic Development, a training company that specializes in developing employees to become stronger communicators, leaders and managers. Denise has over 25 years of marketing and training experience having worked in Account Management at a number of global companies including McCann Erickson and Young and Rubicam where she lead businesses such as Nabisco, Gillette, Brown Forman, Reebok and AT&T. Prior to founding her own training company in 2006, Denise worked at Arnold Worldwide for eight years as a Senior Vice President, Group Account Director, where she ran integrated marketing assignments for Talbots, Target and Children’s Hospital Boston. She also ran the Talent Development department for Arnold as she takes great pride and interest in helping employees reach their fullest potential as leaders. Denise spent the early years of her marketing career in New England working on building brands such as KEDS, Stratus Computer and HOOD ice cream.
Denise is a seasoned speaker, trainer and expert in communications and leadership skills. She has excellent insight into people’s strengths and opportunities for growth and an extensive track record of training and building successful managers and leaders in all types of companies. Denise has a BA from Tufts University in Political Science and lives in Natick, MA with her husband Scot and sons, Matthew and Eric. Denise is on the Board of the Children’s Hospital League in Boston and is an avid athlete and foodie!
