This 8-week course provides the opportunity to build and expand your portfolio (and career) through inspiring and challenging assignments. Classes meet at an agency once a week for two hours over a period of eight consecutive weeks.

Each week students present their creative work in class to be critiqued by instructors. Projects involve generating ideas that solve problems and span different media.

The instructors are creative professionals from the region that have worked on national and global brands. They use real world examples to illustrate successful campaign strategies and show how the creative work brings them to life in a variety of mediums.

Key Topics

  • The Big Idea
  • Creating strategies and concepts
  • Thinking inside the box, thinking outside the box

"The critiques were honest and valuable as they (Marc & Mark) pushed us to create better work. I would definitely recommend this class to others and take it again myself!" -Lauren Harrison, Brand Content

"If you feel like you are in a creative rut, or want to test your concepting skills for campaigns, I would suggest taking this class!" -Liz Walters, Santander Bank

"Marc & Mark are a great team. I would highly recommend this course to anyone that needs to vamp up their creativity or build a book. No matter what level you are at, they will push you to the limit. The creative strategies were cutting edge." -Courtney LeBlanc, Emerson College
